What you receive
We create our own artistic interpretation of your drawing and description using AI. Appearance, proportions, colours and events may differ from the source. Examples illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee an identical result. The price includes one finished video of the selected length. Alternative versions and requested creative revisions are not included.
Price and payment
Packages: 10 seconds €29, 15 seconds €49 and 30 seconds €79. The final price including applicable taxes will be displayed before payment. Payment is handled by Montonio. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed; an order confirmation and a copy of the terms are sent by email.
Delivery
We work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Estonian time, excluding Estonian public holidays. Requests outside these hours are handled on the next working day. Your film is completed within eight working hours, usually within three working hours, after payment and receipt of your drawing and order details. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Estonian time, excluding Estonian public holidays; the clock pauses outside these hours. Video resolution is 1920 × 1080 pixels. The private viewing and download link is available for seven days from sending the completed film link. Download it to your device within this period. If you miss the download window, email virgohaan@gmail.com — we may be able to resend the film, but later retention and recovery are not guaranteed. The video is delivered as an MP4 file. Finished films will be delivered via a private email link.
Drawing and usage rights
Customers must be adults with permission to provide the drawing and description for processing, including by necessary AI providers. Rights in the drawing do not transfer to Multad. We do not publish drawings or videos in our gallery or advertising without separate voluntary permission.
Suitable source material
A simple scribble or a photo of a child’s drawing is welcome. We may decline to fulfil an order if the material is inappropriate or unsuitable for this drawing-to-film service. We will contact the customer if this happens. If we decline a paid order, we refund the full amount. We arrange the refund manually and notify the customer when initiated; it is not considered completed until confirmed by the payment provider.
Creative results and defects
After delivery of the finished film, we do not offer a voluntary refund or a free alternative solely because the result does not match your personal taste or creative expectations. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning non-conforming or undelivered content.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of entering into the contract. At checkout we separately request your express instruction to start the service before that period ends and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. Placing an order or starting work alone does not end that right. The service includes creating and delivering the commissioned film; merely generating a file does not fulfil all obligations. If you withdraw before full performance, only the proportionate value of services actually provided up to withdrawal may be payable where legally permitted, taking account of the full contract, prior information and your express early-start request. We do not automatically retain the full price. Submit an unequivocal notice through your private order page or to virgohaan@gmail.com, including your order number. Sending it within the withdrawal period is sufficient. We refund the amount legally due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Your order email includes a copy of your consent and the terms. Rights concerning non-conforming or undelivered content remain unaffected.
Complaints
Please send complaints to virgohaan@gmail.com. We respond to written complaints within 15 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a court. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
